Inspired by the beauty of the area, we moved from busy Seattle to Based in Salmo, BC, we are proud local producers of craft-made fermented foods. We are devoted to supplying the Kootenays with foods of the highest quality, made using natural, local and eco-friendly ingredients.
Our logo is “Small Batches – Big Flavour!” and we hold true to that. Founded by Greg Janssen in 2018, our foods are prepared with skill and a craft-centered mindset. We hand-craft each batch to ensure that it is packed with natural flavours and nutrition.
